Tested by Rasputin

Today we are testing Cosma thai with Chicken and Liver

Preis/Price (Internet - Zooplus): 6,40 Euro/kg

Verpackung:

Packageing:
The petfood comes in cans (170g). For our cats this equal to one meal (as Selina does not like wet petfood) - therefore the size is perfect.

Appearance and Smell:
As you can see on the picture below, the catfood consists of small chickensticks in an nearly colorless souce with some bits of liver (dark spots) in it. The petfood looks and smells very good.

Geschmack:

Taste:
Regarding the taste we asked Rasputin and Freyja to do the test for us - both liked the food, but Rasputin prefers dark flesh products (e.g. cow or elk) over chicken. On the other hand Freyja prefers light flesh like chicken - therefore she loves it, when we give this petfood - she eats up the whole plate every time ;-)

Gesamtnote/Final Grade:
4,5 Punkte!
4,5 Point! This is one of Freyja's favorite food - only negative point is the high prize but that should not effect the score too much, as the taste should be in the center of attention.

Tested by Rasputin

Today we are testing Bozita with Prawns and Bozita with Chicken.

Preis/Price (Internet - Zooplus): 2,80 Euro/kg

Verpackung:

Packageing:
The petfood comes in cans (410g). For our cats this equal to about two meals - therefore we cannot feed all of it to them at ounce. The cans are not as easy to close again as the tetrapack package - you need to buy an extra lid to do it.

Appearance and Smell:
As you can see on the picture below, the catfood looks like some sort of pastry with Jelly - not very appetizing. The smell of the petfood with prawn is very good - the chicken version is much better.

Geschmack:

Taste:
Regarding the taste we asked Rasputin and Freyja to do the test for us - both of them had a plate of Bozita for dinner. The report was very short this time - both of them smelled at the food and turned around!

Due to the fact, that the taste is a KO-criteria the overall result is 0 points!

Tested by Rasputin

Rasputin is testing petfood from Sweden. As he does not eat every brand it is sometimes hard to find the right taste for him ;-) So we decided to let him test the catfood before we order more of it.
The test-criterias are: price, packaging, appearance, smell and taste - the first four criterias are tested by us and the taste by Rasputin himselve :-)

Das heutige Testfutter ist Bozita Häppchen in Gelee mit Elch.
Today we are testing Bozita Chunks in Jelly with Elk.

Preis/Price (Internet - Zooplus): 3,11 Euro/kg

Verpackung:

Packageing:
The petfood comes in a small Tetrapack (370g) which is (in my experiance) quite unusual. But it has some big advantages - first of all it is easy to store as the package is not round as a can. It is also easy to close again in case you do not need the whole contence at once.

Appearance and Smell:
Bozita with Elk smells not bad (similar to cow) and looks similar to most catfood in cans. There are big chunks of meat with lots of jelly - the jelly may not look appetizing to everyone. The only thing to complain is, that most of the jelly is on the bottom of the package. This has the effect that when you would like to feed only part of it, the first part has nearly no jelly and the second part too much - agitation helps :-)
Geschmack:

Taste:
Regarding the taste we asked Rasputin and Freyja to do the test for us - both of them had a plate ob Bozita with Elk for dinner. They reported, that the food was yummy - apparently they liked the new tast of Elk - thumbs (paws) up and 4 out of 5 points!
